We currently ship to anywhere in Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Shipping costs are added and calculated at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days to get to our customers. However, they are normally delivered within a day or 2.
If you live in the US, it can sometimes take up to 10-15 business days.

Yes! A tracking number will automatically be added to your shipment. As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your order details and tracking number. Please, note that it can take some time (24-48 hours) for the tracking information to upload.
We can't make changes to orders; This includes the delivery address, the products, or the payment method. However, you can cancel your order within the cancellation period (6 hours) and place a new one.
For all orders placed with us, you have a grace period of 6 hours. After this limited timeframe, order cancellation is not possible. Contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
To check your current order status, go to the order confirmation email sent to you and click on: View your order.
Sometimes items may be sent in separate parcels. Please, check your email to see if you've received any notice from us that an item will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, specify the order number and the item's name that is missing. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of toothbrushes or personal items in general. Packages containing custom or personalized items are not returnable.
All other products must be in their original condition and packaging. They should be unused, unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached (if applicable).
